Acceptable Use Policy

Responsible Use
GENYUS services and communications must be used for lawful, secure, and responsible business or technical purposes. Users are responsible for activity performed through their systems, accounts, applications, or infrastructure.
Prohibited Activity
Users must not use GENYUS services or systems for activity that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or disruptive. Prohibited activity includes:
- Unauthorized access, scanning, probing, exploitation, or intrusion attempts.
- Distribution of malware, credential theft tools, phishing content, or harmful code.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive communications.
- Denial-of-service activity or traffic intended to disrupt systems or networks.
- Hosting, transmitting, or distributing content that infringes rights or violates applicable obligations.
- Interference with monitoring, abuse handling, security controls, or service integrity.
Security and Operations
Users are expected to maintain secure configurations, protect credentials, keep systems updated, and respond promptly to operational or security notices related to their environment.
Abuse Reports
Abuse or security concerns may be reported to abuse@genyus.sc. Reports should include relevant timestamps, source and destination information, logs, headers, or other evidence where available.
Enforcement
GENYUS may investigate suspected violations and may take appropriate action to protect services, users, systems, and third parties. Actions may include requesting remediation, limiting access, suspending affected services, or escalating where necessary.

GENYUS may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
